Em 28 de abril, os alunos do 9º ano EF tiveram um encontro com a psicóloga Elizabeth Loriéri Vanin. Nele puderam discutir questões da adolescência durante a pandemia e a necessidade de cuidar da saúde mental nesse momento de tantas perdas – tanto de vidas próximas, quanto de situações de convivência social que seriam esperadas nessa fase.
Os alunos participaram ativamente e deram depoimentos sobre o que estão vivenciando desde o ano passado e como estão lidando com essa nova realidade e administrando suas emoções. Trouxeram temas como as mudanças e dificuldades nas relações familiares, a depressão, os distúrbios alimentares, a pressão por padrões estéticos e a ansiedade.
Vanin alertou-os sobre atitudes que podem levar a vício e distúrbios alimentares, deu dicas para o controle da ansiedade, ressaltando a importância das atividades físicas e da necessidade de organização do tempo. Também apresentou ideias para combater a procrastinação, como estabelecer prazos para a realização de cada atividade e buscar na memória momentos que foram produtivos e prazerosos. Colocou-se à disposição para dúvidas e deixou-os falar livremente. Foi, realmente, uma manhã muito produtiva e necessária.
