No Fórum Local do Pacto Educativo Global, realizado pelo Colégio Emilie em 9 de junho, a voz é dada aos nossos alunos representantes de classe.
Na abertura do evento, a professora Patrizia Bergamaschi, monitora da 3ª série do Ensino Médio, convidou nossos alunos a refletirem sobre a responsabilidade e o compromisso que assumiram e o protagonismo que promovemos e confiamos.
“Os longos meses desta pandemia que nos tem inquietado tanto colocaram em evidência a importância de alguns alicerces de nossas sociedades. E ficou claríssimo que, sem Educação, a vida não se desenvolve como deve, como pode. Sem escola, crianças e jovens não aprendem a viver em comunidade, não sabem como articular os saberes, não imaginam como construir os projetos que transformam, renovam, protegem a nossa Casa Comum.
Mais claro ainda ficou que está na hora de fazer algo. E é exatamente isso que o Papa Francisco fez: convocar os educadores, as famílias, os jovens e dizer ao mundo que é preciso agir.
Assim, pela primeira vez na história, um líder mundial, considerado uma referência de confiança, justiça e paz, convoca, chama aos microfones do planeta os jovens. Privilégio e responsabilidade!
Este Pacto Educativo Global quer ouvir o que vocês, caríssimos jovens, pensam e têm a dizer a respeito de Educação. Quais suas expectativas? Quais os seus sonhos? Mas, se é necessário pensar com os pés no chão, é necessário pensar alto, com o coração elevado, sem medo, com ousadia e muita ética.
A palavra está com vocês para que a tomem e a façam se tornar “vida e vida em abundância” e para todas as crianças e todos os jovens deste país, deste continente, de todo o mundo. Que o tempo que vocês estão construindo seja de genuína solidariedade, de partilha fraterna da cultura e da tecnologia, de empatia, de saúde do corpo e do espírito, de respeito, de compaixão e muita paixão pela vida. Toda vida.
Do céu, Santa Emilie inspire a todos nestas horas de Fórum. Aposto que ela está lhes dizendo: “Sejam sinais de esperança. Sejam ‘sal e luz’, fazendo tudo o que puderem pelo bem de todos”.
