Nas aulas de Ensino Religioso do 1º bimestre, os alunos de 8º e 9º anos refletiram sobre o tema da Campanha da Fraternidade Ecumênica de 2021, com o tema “Fraternidade e Diálogo: Compromisso de Amor”. Neste ano várias outras igrejas cristãs participam da CFE como exemplo de unidade em torno de temas que são comuns a todos os cristãos. As igrejas e as religiões também possuem um papel social e podem se engajar para transformar as realidades sociais.
As turmas se organizaram em grupos de quatro e cinco alunos. Cada grupo ficou responsável por um dos itens propostos pelo texto base da CFE: ‘Ver, Julgar, Agir e Celebrar’. De forma criativa, foram incentivados a desenvolver um cartaz contendo frases e imagens sobre a sua pesquisa em relação à falta de diálogo que traz consequências em vários âmbitos da vida. Por exemplo, os grupos responsáveis pelo item ‘ver’ apresentam um retrato da realidade social brasileira por meio de dados estatísticos, imagens, testemunhos e textos bíblicos que convidam a ver a realidade, a tomar consciência dos males antigos e atuais que afligem muitas pessoas e suas famílias. Os grupos do item ‘julgar’ destacam que este julgamento se refere à busca das causas, da origem das desigualdades. Já os grupos responsáveis pelos itens ‘agir’ e ‘celebrar’ chamam a atenção para fato de que depois de ver a realidade e de entender o porquê dos problemas sociais faz-se necessário agir, ou seja, tomar iniciativas solidárias e de voluntariado em favor dos necessitados e, finalmente, celebrar o dom da vida de tantas pessoas que praticam o bem e desejam transformar a sua realidade. Celebrar significa ainda ser grato ao criador pelas oportunidades recebidas.
Ao final, cada grupo socializou o seu cartaz e os resultados de sua pesquisa. Constatamos que mesmo se tais fatos não toquem diretamente a vida de muitos de nossos alunos, estes são estimulados a refletir e a desenvolver o sentimento de corresponsabilidade social, de senso crítico e transformador.
