A pandemia e o isolamento social já mostraram que os momentos de estudo e aprendizagem são possíveis. Se em fevereiro, quase 500 professores puderam participar de um simpósio totalmente on-line, hoje foi a vez do encontro virtual dos colaboradores da Rede Azul/SP, com a presença do psicólogo João Humberto Vanin, diretor presidente na Self Instituto de Psicologia.
O psicoterapeuta trouxe como tema a proposta de fazermos uma autogestão de nossa singularidade, apontando questões e dicas valiosas para enfrentarmos situações desagradáveis – tarefa possível, embora seja ao mesmo tempo desafiadora.
Ressaltou a importância de uma escuta ativa que valide as queixas ou angústias do interlocutor, com empatia, respeito e responsabilidade emocional.
Momentos como este nos fortalecem e ressignificam os valores que nos humanizam. Como disse Anadir Altoé, “este encontro sempre ajuda na caminhada das pessoas. Todo conteúdo com certeza vai acrescentar na vida e missão de cada colaborador”.
